We close our eyes and dream of paradise… Winchester School of Art have curated a unique space that merges the botanical world with the fashion world in a fresh and spectacular way. Using all recycled paper, you will see shimmering butterflies camouflaged within the garments, vibrant dangles of shredded paper as florals and so many more enchanting garments. Look for big and bold flowers in the designs, from wallpapers to scarves and cushions. Inspired by sustainability and recycled materials the collections have a sense of magpie nostalgia, radiant and so beautifully colourful. The variety and quality of the work you will see at The Brooks Shopping Centre and later on the catwalk at Winchester Guildhall shows that these students are independent thinkers, creative problem solvers and ambitious and exciting designers.
