Burberry Fabric Re-work exhibition (with Winchester Churches Nightshelter)

Date of Event: 12/07/2021 - 17/07/2021

This ReBurberry project started with the generous donation of deadstock fabrics from Burberry to a number of British Fashion Council member institutions to support the students and encourage sustainable practices. As the original Burberry Factory is located on Jewry Street in Winchester, currently housing the Winchester ChurchesNightshelter, a local Homeless Charity, WSA BA Fashion and the Nightshelter came together to raise awareness of the charity through the creative sustainable design work by the 2nd and 3rd year fashion design students, culminating in a series of garments that will be showcased at the WSA Gallery during Winchester Fashion Week.
